More About Our Flavors

All of our flavors are genuine. None of our fruit comes from cans. We don’t use pre-made mixes. We only use the finest ingredients available. Read the details below.

real ingredients

We use actual heavy cream, whole milk, and, when appropriate, real vanilla flavor. Nothing is artificial. Our “cookies ‘n cream” is called Oreo for a reason: We only use real Oreo cookies, just as we only use genuine chocolate that we melt and mix ourselves.

The Gluten-free Option

Each batch of this gelato or sorbet is churned and folded separately into a container using separate tools. No comingling. All gluten-free items are folded in by hand after coming out of our machines and we clean our equipment after each batch.

Fruit Flavors & sorbets

We always buy seasonal, local, fresh fruit whenever possible. If we can’t use it all once, we’ll flash freeze our fruit at the peak of freshness and thaw it right as we make our next batch of sorbet. 

boozy flaVORS

It was a challenge, but we figured out a way to add alcohol to our products and still keep them frozen. Our Boozy Scoops will not get you drunk, but they should be enjoyed responsibly and only by those over the age of 21.
